Basics & Essentials
There are some garments every woman should have. There are some stores that are great for finding these essentials, it all depends on your budget. The following stores each have their own strengths.
OLD NAVY
Old Navy has the best cotton basics like plain T-Shirts and tank tops. Old Navy is also pretty good about having sales so you can often find their T-Shirts and tank tops on sale. Old navy also offered lots of basic items like blouses with unique embellishments. These pieces are great at creating visual interest in simple outfits, like work outfits.
Old Navy is also a great place to find the basic dresses that make for a great spring and summer wardrobe.
FOREVER 21
Most young women have heard of and been to a Forever 21. They offer fashionable clothing at affordable prices. The quality isn’t very high so don’t expect something to last 10 years. It is a great way to get garments that are on trend with out going over a budget. And if you decide you never want to wear something again it is easier to let go of than something expensive. Forever 21 also has a great Jewelry selection.
Button Shoulder Sweater $17.80
If you want a statement ring for a good price Forever 21 is the place to go. I got one over winter brak for $6.
I’m a huge fan of stone jewelry and Forever 21 has a pretty good selection.
GAP
Gap has similar things to Old Navy, possibly because they are owned by the same company, except the clothes are slightly more professional looking. Gap also takes tries to be a little more high fashion. The price point is slightly higher than Old Navy. the difference between the two for an individual is mostly going to be style preference.
The dress selection at Gap is more expensive but there is a wide variety of looks. They also have very nice skirts.
Finding wardrobe basics is all about personal style. Dress is what makes you feel good and what fits your body. Remember that a simple about can be made fabulous with a few accessories.
